Trade Compliance & Supply Chain Integrity
I help organizations build legal and policy frameworks to strengthen supply chain due diligence, assess forced labor risk, and design compliance strategy — drawing on my experience as Assistant Director of the Forced Labor Division at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where I helped lead investigations resulting in multiple Withhold Release Orders.
Human Rights & Global Justice Strategy
I help organizations build or strengthen human rights strategy and policy — grounded in work co-leading the U.S. State Department's Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report, analyzing anti-trafficking laws across 188 countries, and helping enact dozens of anti-trafficking laws with Polaris, including the first uniform state statute addressing human trafficking.
Strategic Stakeholder Diplomacy
I advise on cross-government engagement, multilateral diplomacy, and stakeholder strategy — informed by my time as Labor Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, where I engaged with federal and state government officials, documented forced labor and child labor, designed technical assistance projects, and advanced worker-centered trade policy under the USMCA.
Sustainable Leadership & Organizational Resilience
